Refunds + Returns
Because bridal is different.
We want you to feel confident in your purchase, while also recognising that many of our dresses are made to order and produced with intention. For that reason, our returns policy differs across product categories.
Dresses
All dresses are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
As many of our gowns and bridal pieces are made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind on dresses.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be returned within 7 days of delivery and must be:
• unworn and unwashed
• in perfect condition
• with all original tags and packaging attached
• free from makeup, tan, marks, damage or signs of wear
Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange.
If you are unsure about sizing, fit or style before purchasing, we strongly recommend reaching out. Our team is always happy to guide you.
Accessories + Veils
All accessories and veils are eligible for a 100% refund within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
• unworn and unused
• in perfect condition
• with all original tags and packaging attached
• free from marks, damage or signs of wear
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Made-to-Order + Custom Pieces
All custom pieces and any items altered or customised at the time of purchase are final sale and cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right, that’s different.
If your item arrives faulty or we have made an error with your order, please email us within 7 days of receiving your parcel with your order number, photos and a brief explanation.
We will assess the issue and, where applicable, organise a replacement or full refund.
Sale Items
All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@ivoryandwhite.com.au with your order number and a brief note outlining your return request.
Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Please return your item using tracked postage.
Approved refunds, store credits and exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days of your return being received and inspected.
A Note on Fit
Bridal sizing often differs from standard Australian fashion sizing.
If you are unsure which size to choose, please get in touch before purchasing. We are always happy to offer guidance and help you select the best fit.
