At Ivory and White, we are committed to delivering elegance and exceptional service right to your door. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth and reliable as possible. Below, you’ll find all the details you need about processing times, shipping options, and tracking your order.

Processing Times
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. During this time, we carefully prepare and package your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please note that customised or made-to-order pieces may require additional time to craft, and specific timeframes will be communicated at checkout or via email. However, as all of our dresses are made to order, we do ask brides to account for up to 8 weeks before we ship orders. 

Domestic Shipping
We are delighted to offer free shipping on all domestic orders within Australia.  Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most standard orders arrive within 7-10 business days once dispatched. Our preferred delivery partner is Australia Post, and we will provide you with a tracking number for delivery. 

International Shipping
Ivory and White proudly ships to select international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, and estimated delivery times will also be provided. Please note that international customers may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Information
All orders come with detailed tracking information so you can monitor your delivery from dispatch to arrival. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to keep you updated every step of the way.

  • Delivery Timeframes: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, please allow up to 6-8 weeks for your order to arrive during peak periods or due to unforeseen delays. For our made-to-order dresses, please always allow for 8 weeks.
